International Shipping 

We currently ship to locations within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated delivery times provided are approximate and may vary based on factors such as order processing time, shipping method, and delivery location. We make every effort to ensure your order reaches you within the estimated timeframe.

Pre Orders

Pre-Order means the item is currently not in stock, so it will be processed and sent to you as soon as the stock arrives from Ukraine at our warehouse in Phoenix, AZ. 

Most Pre-Order items are shipped within 3-4 weeks. Pre-Order times are an estimate and not an exact date

Please note, double-check your delivery details and address. Once the order is placed, we’re unable to make address or contact information changes. 

Custom Orders 

We love to bring something special and unique to our customers. 

Please note, custom orders are not available for all items. You will be contacted by the team member to verify all the details   

Custom orders take 4-6 weeks to ship.

Custom orders are final. We’re not able to offer returns or exchanges for custom orders of an appropriate quality. 

Shipping Restriction

Shipping Delays

Order Cancelation

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.
