Returns Eligibility:

We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:

• The product is in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
• The product is in new and unused condition.
• The product was purchased directly from The Modern Heritage LLC.
• The request for return is initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the reason for the return.
3. Our team will provide you with a shipping label and instructions for returning the product.

No Restocking Fee.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Refund Methods:

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue a refund by check or store credit, at our discretion.

All pre-ordered items are made on demand specifically for each customer. Once you place a pre-order, our artisans in Ukraine will begin crafting your items.

Each piece is handmade, with some items requiring 6-7 hours of artisan labor. Typically, all pre-orders are shipped within 3-5 weeks from our Phoenix, AZ location.

After shipping, you can expect delivery within 2-6 business days. 

Yes, our products are crafted with the highest sustainability practices in place. We strive to reduce waste by offering mostly made-to-order items and small-batch collections. We also encourage custom orders to create items specifically for your home.

All our artisans in Ukraine work in safe and clean facilities (as much as possible during the war). They have reasonable working hours, regular breaks, and are paid a living wage. Our artisans rely on the use of natural, non-toxic materials such as European linen, certified cotton, jute, paper, natural wood, and non-toxic ceramics made from European clay.

Yes, we offer gift cards and would be happy to send a gift on your behalf! While we currently do not offer special gift wrapping, all of our packaging is eco-friendly and comes in recyclable boxes.
